Can’t really help you with this since I was never a big suspension guy in my mechanic days, but my 23MT is straight as an arrow. Factory alignment.

What size spacers? Remove them and see if the car goes left under WOT

Update:

Alignment was checked yet again, everything looks good. I've had multiple people drive the car hard and each one of them comes to the same conclusion.

Under WOT the car drifts around the lane in a sketchy way. Does anyone have experience with this?
Nope, 23 A91 MT here, same shit. Did it stock, did it on my TE's even worse with the super wide tires, back on stock wheels, still does it, on HKS Adjustable springs and custom alignment. Pain in the ass and one of my biggest gripes about the car. my 2020 did it as well but I had broken gear teeth in the steering rack so that one was explained lol.

Too many
My supra tends to bank left under WOT, sometimes dangerously so. It changes in severity from drifting around the lane to nearly pulling the car out of the lane without correction. This has happened on the smoothest of surfaces at the track and on the road. It's most prevalent in 3rd, 4th and 5th gear.

At first I thought it may be a poor factory alignment issue, so I had it aligned and the problem has not gone away.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Mods: bolt ons, stock tune, H&R springs, spacers. (this happened before and after mods)
Did you manage to find a solution to it?

How about throwing the factory springs back on and see if it does the same?

Do you still have stock caster?

my 23 MT had a slight pull left which was very annoying when i changed it to 8 deg now back at 7.5 it is only just noticeable. your caster bushings could be flogged out.

23 MT here, no pull whatsoever under WOT. I could let the steering wheel go if I wanted to. Bone stock with factory alignment.

I'd have to check but it's 32-34PSI all round, according to the dealer
Said this somewhere else but applies here too. The dealer isn’t going to have the time or resources to really dive deeper. Do you know any independent mechanics that can give her a good look over /shakedown? I know you shouldn’t have to spend the money to do this but… it sure is nice to have a good relationship with an independent German car mechanic.

Another option would be a race shop in your area. If there is anything you were thinking of getting, buy from them and have them install it. Save you the inspection money. They can get your car to pull any way you want it to. That’s what they do.

Repeat: Most dealers make their bread and butter off cookie cutter work. They just won’t have the time or interest $$$ to do so imo

Never had any pull to a certain direction with factory alignment or after I had TBR do an alignment for me on my MT.

These PSS tires vibrate like crazy 60-70 though despite alignment and balance in spec.

Bummer to hear.

I'm on springs and spacers, stock rim/tire, factory alignment in a 23 MT, car drives completely straight with zero steering inputs no matter how much throttle or gear I'm in. Sounds like a warranty claim is in order, a genuine safety issue is the justification.

Hope you get it figured out.

Then they see the aftermarket lowering springs and laugh.
Yeah that car better be bone stock including tires, no wavey, rippy tire wear, no excessive wear marks on lug bolts, no rubber marbles in the wheel wells, no cracks or excessive pad deposits on the discs.

Yes factory mechanics are trained and asked to look for these things in case they need to reject a warranty claim and justify it to toyota corp. which then rejects it even harder.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone, I contacted other customers who went to the "race" shop I went to and some of them have had problems after with loose suspension parts.. In addition to all this, my suspension rattles over bumps. I think there are parts that are loose below the car.

Hopefully I can have it inspected before it goes into storage this weekend.

There are very specific torque requirements for suspension parts. As an example my GR corolla, after getting alignment at a very well known and respected track alignment shop, slipped the camber bolts 5 minutes after install. The guy gas not done GR corollas before and torqued them to what he does with gr86s etc…and shop manual was 50lbft or so higher for the gr corolla then what ge torqued it at.

hmm need to check the exact specs, I messed with the alignment a good bit because I tried the Verus camber plates and they were so loud I removed them the next day and in turn had to redo the alignment. car actually drove the best after it was lowered without an alignment; once I got it aligned I tried to "fix" the stuff I thought would help but it only made it worse; after messing with it a few more times just kind of gave up. Came to the conclusion that while I love this car and it is amazing, the chassis just isn't the best for a really precise direct steering and suspension feel. I am going to get it realigned in a few weeks again probably as one of my favorite local shops is finally getting a machine and I really trust his input.

The top is factory alignment. Bottom is alignment with springs and spacers

Maybe reduce the rear camber to -2.0 to -1.9 and maybe 0 out front toe. On my car with springs camber plates and sway bars I have my Front -2.2 and rear -2.0
