if you have buy a splitter with tunnels in them, and do not have behind the tire fender venting or top fender venting you severely diminish the effectiveness of the tunnels. the air needs a place to go. in the same category, splitter support rods also reduce the performance of the splitter.
I know, I have Sayber combo, top hood vent + behind wheel vent.

Well AJHartman does use rods on his splitter actually...
I will move to AJH or Zebulon splitter 99% and Zebulon recommended me Verus fender vents if i can do it and they got me thinking about changing the pressue relief setup i have.
Its just I'd need a new hood so its getting expensive so I'm considering if its worth the cost, also pondering Racelouvers 4piece hood setup.

Has anyone had a fuel pump issue on high speed right corners?

On the 'light bulb' of New Jersey Motorsports Park I kept getting the engine cut out when I got a really good exit and at one point it went into limp mode. Each time I got the error code: 11A605

Of course it went into limp mode when I was testing for the advanced run group!

I kept getting the error when the tank was less than 2/3 full. Only way I could avoid it was filling up before every session. :(

Is this a known issue? Any solutions that do not involve surgery on the fuel tank?

Known issue and nothing you can do to avoid it besides fill up every session or spend a ton of money on a surge tank and the hassle of the install. Gas jug with a battery operated pump at least made refilling the tank after each session a lot more manageable.

Filling up every session will soon be your norm. Certain tracks you don’t have to but I find it safer to just fill up. 200whp limp mode is no fun.
Yeah, I‘m lucky Sebring is flat I suppose.

Regardless, I wouldn’t make it thru my next session w/out hitting E. So I usually fill up if it’s been a full session w/out a black flag. And there’s no way to make it to my fav lunchtime Wawa gas station without a set of cans. Unless paying the crazy petrol prices on track.

I count myself really lucky. I can consistently get down to about 3/8 tank before I get any fuel starvation. That also may mean that I'm just slow, so there's that. ;)

It's really track dependent. If it's a long sweeper that's on power (e.g. Carolina Motorsports Park turns 12/13 leading to 14) I can get the car to fuel starve under 3/4 tank. Other tracks can be more forgiving. But I usually just keep it close to full to avoid any potential problems.

OK, I'm lucky AND you're going faster than me...I've run CMP at a reasonably quick pace and not seen fuel starve at 12/13 until about 3/8 tank.

CMP is my home track and can confirm will hit fuel starve at 3/4 tank at turn 12/13 consistently. Once I moved over to 200tw (Kumho V730) and could run 1:45s or better I noticed this problem.

Very track dependent. Needs to be loaded up right turns that are sweeping, long, etc

Ironically, my main track, Lime Rock, is 99% right turns and 1 left turn. I don’t fuel starve there (although I still keep my tank full). Thompson, another local track, has a fast long right hander after a full WOT area and the same type but also uphill at the apex so it loads all the fuel over and I will fuel starve in both those corners after about five laps.

Ethanol mixes and higher power obviously amplify the issue.

When my car was stock power with just sway bars and 200tw tires, after turn in for 12 I could basically stay flat all the way to braking for 14. I was running 1:41-1:42s usually.
