I remember watching the video where you were having issues with one of the rear arms & struggling with a mystery issue from the get go

My thoughts were the arm was slightly bent when you got to the track then gradually got worse & worse as more & more load got put on it from curb hopping & tire scrub

All these things are sent to try us especially with a new platform

It is fantastic to see your progress, kept up the good work & above all make sure it is still fun to compete :)

What a great read. So nice seeing success with the A90 platform!

Jackie what catback are you using? Car sounds amazing
The car actually just has a TF-Works muffler delete axleback with the factory exhaust from the downpipe back! We're working on a custom exhaust, either stainless or titanium...

We are testing a new solution from SPL on the rear upper arm, I will be able to share more info when I get the ok from them!
Really, the issue that we had were mostly caused by heavy rear suspension travel, when the rear of the car is slamming into the ground from either massive curbs or bumps in the banking hah.

Thanks everyone for the support. We're still learning more and more about the chassis and platform. One thing is for sure: it's really, really good for tracking, even without a lot of mods at all!

Titanium  Save weight
Titanium would be awesome for sure, but our main issue at the moment is that we're not able to find oval piping in titanium as readily available as we would with aluminium. Factory exhaust uses oval piping for ground clearance and aero, so we'd like to preserve that characteristic if possible. We will have to look into it further!

what about just adding a flat piece under regular piping to retain the flattened profile? easier than waiting on an oval pipe...

That was an idea as well, but that doesn't exactly help with ground clearance again. The car is gonna run over all sorts of curbs and bumps (just as it already does) so I'd like to minimize any issues on that front.

I think after this one year, we learned there's a couple ways for you to achieve the goal of a well-balanced street/track hybrid. Honestly, the car doesn't need a lot!

- Motorsport Hardware Lug Stud & Bolt Kit (Easy Wheels On & Off)
- Counterspace Garage Brake pads (CP front, C11 rear for street/track, C21 front C11 rear for full track)
- Castrol SRF Brake Fluid (Because it's a-freaking-mazing)
- SPL Front Lower Control Arm (for adding camber)
- SPL Front Caster adjustable bushing (for correcting front caster)
- SPL Rear Toe Arm & Eccentric Lock-out kit (Helps keep the rear toe in check)
- Eibach Front & Rear Sway Bar (To keep the body roll in control)
- Tires!!! (Anything 200tw, relatively aggressive street tires that can still handle wet whether is the way to go)

That's really all I would do! If you want more performance on track, a bucket seat and 6-point harness, a proper track-tuned coilover kit, and a bit more aero would go a long way!

What about cooling Jackie how are you managing IAT's ?

My car goes up to 65C casually with heat exchangers, aux radiators and methanol :( with a Pure800 on the street

Were you ever able to successfully test the Antigravity H6-60-RS Lithium Battery? Or are you still using the OE?

All the electrical things we've done:

Replace the 30Ah Antigravity Lithium battery with OE battery. I have a new 60 Ah Antigravity waitng to go in & see if there's any problem.
A 2nd set of KW EDC purchased, and installed the larger front pair in the rear also. If this set up does not work, I will be switching to the new RS*R EDC.
Got a Matco tablet and cleared a lot of the error codes in the car. Turns out at Buttonwillow the car really did throw a total of 95 codes...

Won't be able to get any testing in before this weekend at COTA, since AMS is busy tuning the car until Wednesday and we're leaving for Texas afterwards. Will report back with more info!
Any luck with the 60 AH?
