You must have been right, smoke issue has gone away. Phew, I was really stressing there for a little bit.

Hey how long did it take for the smoke to go away? Been driving it hard for some quick 15 minute intervals twice now after install?

I don't remember exactly, but it was a lot longer than that. At least a couple hours of driving.

What Turbo said. During development to burn off the bags its usually a solid hour or more of hard driving before it is fully dissipated. Takes a bit but its you're built in excuse to drive "spiritedly" - an anti break-in procedure if you will.

For me, visible smoke was gone after maybe an hour of driving, but the smell might've lasted for a bit longer

And if you accidentally leave a rag under the dp it smokes a whole lot more…

Thanks All, took it on a hour drive on the highway not in sport mode to try and flow more heat into the muffler and the smoke subsided. Smell is still there though after going into the garage and parking it but main issue is basically gone.

When I've had other exhausts the smoke never lasted that long that's all.

Thought I'd leave a review here after running it for two weeks. Bought it from @Extreme Power House shipping took about a week and the box was a little scuffed and ripped up but I expect that from FedEx.

Install took an hour and was easy with a lift, I did end up adding an 1/8th inch washer to the left side to get things lined up just right. Unlike other installs I saw I have my tips recessed more into the bumper so it's a little less noticeable.

After a week or so the smell and smoke dissipated from the break in. The sound is incredible versus stock, I've gotten a ton of compliments on it and it's not too booming loud. The cracks and pops are way more pronounced in sport mode as well.

I couldn't be more pleased and will update my review long term after a year

Any chance you can post a sound clip? Not enough videos of this setup out there. Are you on a stock DP?

Would you mind getting a video if you are in fact on stock DP? In California and I'm heavily considering this exhaust. (If you have a db reader maybe even that could be nice, don't go out and buy one though) Cheers!

Are cold starts louder than stock or about the same?
