how long did it take to get to you? i like this option better since it saves $500 from CES
I actually emailed PTB about 24hrs ago to confirm that the clutch in that link will 100% work for GR supra, waiting to here back from them and if all goes well I be placing an order next week.

I got it around the 2 week mark. Although please be aware if you order directly from them you will get hit with a FedEx bill for imposed tariffs. Not sure if CES is more expensive due to this charge.

I’m running PTB clutch organic+organic with single mass flywheel and standard pressure plate. Clutch feels like OEM+ or even better. If you’re going with single mass flywheel, the up and downshift catching faster also even when you rev the car, the RPM jumps faster very noticeably. you’ll barely hear the chatter when the car idle. I Daily drive the car and I tracked the car 6 times until now and haven’t noticed anything unusual. Almost one year with the clutch and no issues at all.
What made you go for the standard pressure plate over the "performance" PP?

Im in the process of working towards pure 800 and the pressure plate is the only thing left to decide on, PTB rates organic + organic + standard at 1000nm, which seems like a pretty high figure even by pure 800 standards.

the clutch in the link above works 100% on the supra’s. I ordered from PTB directly from the same link one year ago. Also, I’ve doubled checked with PTB from their Insta DM and they said it works on our Supra’s. And they just added a new option which is DMF which it wasn’t available on their website a year ago, that time you have to email them to add this option to you.

We have installed several of these PTB Clutches on Supra's, other B58s, and even S58 cars like M2/M3/M4 that are 6MT all with good results (well over 20+ now). They have a good program going on in regards to options, upgrades, various discs options, Dual mass Flywheel option, etc.

Currently for most Street cars we suggest going with the Organic/Organic Friction Disc setup. It is the most forgiving and is fully daily drivable - but will also handle additional torque that you throw at the car that the stock setup cannot handle.

Only those with Single Turbo setup cars (or very high Torque output on Upgraded Hybrid Turbo setups) do we suggest going with the higher capacity Sinter Disc options. Middle ground setups can still use 1 Sinter disc and 1 Organic disc if you are in between a full race or high torque demand setup - or just want a little more torque capacity at the cost of drivability/engagement.

For all Street setups and clients we come across we do suggest the Dual Mass Flywheel (DMFW) upgrade if you want to minimize/avoid the chattering during idle that any Single Mass Flywheel (SMFW) setup brings with it. Small cost for how long these clutch setups will stay in your vehicle.

For anyone that is in this thread or shopping around - stay away from any Clutchmasters setups. They usually result in subpar results and you'll likely end up back in there again to swap for another brand/kit. Many threads here and otherwise about this.

XClutch does have some options as well if you are looking for an alternative to the PTB offerings that are solid. Hope this helps. Any questions feel free to ask anytime. We can also provide both PTB and XClutch offerings for anyone interested at a fair price and ship to you direct if this helps anyone.

Any recommendations on the performance pressure plate?

Appreciate it, and hope it helps others too. We do stock the organic/organic generally. For the organic/sinter I can get it ordered for you without issue though but might take longer due to processing and shipping from overseas. Bit busy at the shop right now but I will send you a message a bit later tonight.

Any recommendations on the performance pressure plate?
To be honest we have installed a couple of the Performance pressure plate setups when customers purchased them and brought us the parts - but drivability wise on short test drives after installation I have not noticed a huge difference in "feel". Another thing on our end is we usually install these units - and then give our clients a breakdown on how to break them in after. So I don't truly get a chance to drive the car hard under boost or "bang gears" on client cars when these installations are completed. I can reach out to a client who opted for this Performance pressure plate setup and see if I can get some feedback - the only thing is that same client likely doesn't have a comparison of a car with standard Pressure plate to give us any viable feedback. So for now I can't truly help on this one as far as helpful feedback. I apologize in advance in this regard.

Never forgot to update you but I never ended up getting an email response from PTB.
Theres a company that might stock them locally who i might purchase it through instead.

If @swrdply400mrelay is correct it might be easier this way anyway, seems like PTB has made some changes to their website in the last week.

I would call Trucrane. CES only charged flat shipping,$150, from there facility to your house. Trucrane may be having it shipped directly from PTB to you which would then you pay duty/tariff on top. I paid $3500 shipped from CES in January 25. There prices seems to have dropped recently
